Youth Soccer Try Outs are starting this week May 29, 2012 again.  Here is a quick list of where to go to sign up to different soccer programs of all ages.

Youth Travel Soccer - Try outs for the coming 2012/2013 seasons runs from May 29th to about June 3rd-9th, 2012.

We would like to announce the starting of our new womens soccer league by AYSO. The games will be played Sunday mornings at 8am on soccer field 4 at the Weston Regional Park. The league will begin league play on Sunday October 16th and play through the month of May. There will be a break in mid December until mid January and a few holiday weekends. There will be scrimmages beginning Sunday September 11 through opening day.You can register by going to our Websitewww.ayso644.org and clicking on the programs link and the womens league and then register to play. 

The league is going to be geared towards the beginner and recreational woman soccer player. The main goal will be a fun atmosphere with lots of excercise and fun of minor competition. If you have never played the game, want to get back into playing (or continue to do so from last year) or just want to have fun and socialize with your neighbors please consider coming out to try the league out in the September scrimmages. Our goal is to have 50 women sign up for the league so we can have 4 teams of 12/13. The games will be short sided games 7v7 and play on our existing U10 field format (which is horizontal to a full field). We will balance the teams in order to make the games competitive and fun.

West Pines Adult 7v7 on Friday Nights

Deadline was extended to Nov 11.  All paperwork MUST be in by that time.  To register a team, you need the following:

• - 14 Players on each Team (max 4 out of city of Pembroke Pines)
• - Copy of Drivers License and Water Bill (if Pembroke Pines Resident)
• - $650 per team registration fee (includes ref fees but does not include uniforms)
• - New player registration forms
• - Returning player registration forms
• - Photo (can be cell phone picture and emailed)

Miramar Adult 8v8 on Saturday and Sunday

REGISTRATION for all seasons held on dates listed below from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at West Pines Soccer Park, 350 SW 196th Avenue, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33029.   The following soccer leagues noted below could be men’s, women’s or co-ed leagues.  Ages are only Over 30, 40, 50 for any age groups mentioned. Until registration occurs, we do not know what the title of the league will be. You must provide a current drivers license, current City of Pembroke Pines water bill and a check made out to the City of Pembroke Pines. Cost:  $650.00 per team or $50 per individual. Teams rosters are only 14 players, with 10 Pembroke Pines residents and 4 can be out of city players. The Weston AYSO Over 30 Adult League started on October 3, 2010.  Pictured here is the Flamengo team led by Captain Oscar just before their 2 to 0 win on the first game of the season.  There are 11 teams this season and games are played on Sundays at 8 am or 9:45 am at the Weston Regional Park.

This information is provided to all potentional players to the AYSO Adult League. The Adult League is run by Carlos De Biase and Eddy Woiski. This league runs hand in hand with our youth program. Richard Schwartz is the Commissioner for both the Youth and the Adult Leagues. We require that all members of Adult program volunteer time to the Youth program. The league runs from September thru May. There are 11 teams, each team will roster 18 players. Each team plays every other team twice for a total of 18 games, not including playoffs. Games are played on Sunday either at 8:00 AM or 9:40 AM depending on your schedule. Each player is provided a full uniform, except for shin guards and cleets, which are required by the league. League players are also entitled and have preference over none league players for our Tuesday and Thursday night pick up games. We have open registrations, first come first served, starting in July. Registrations fees are as follows:

-  Sunday Men's League $200.00
-  Tuesday/Thursday Pick-up $100.00

In order to qualify as an Adult League Player certain requirements must be met:

-  Must volunteer a minimum of 15 hours as referee or field marshall, coaches and assist.coaches for the youth program are exempt, but are welcomed if they would like to help.
-  Must take a Safe Haven and Referee course.
-  Help with repairs and re-netting of goals prior to the start of each fall season.
-  Help with AYSO State Games when they are held at the West Regional Park.

For those that do not make it for the Sunday league we offer the Tuesday and Thursday night pick up games at a much lower cost. By registering and paying to play Tuesday/Thursday nights you will automatically be placed on the waiting list to play on Sunday and gives you preference over non league players when teams are picked for pick up games. As a member of AAL you must also volunteer hours for the youth program either as a referee or field marshal.
