Team Name, Important Contacts and Annoucements:
This section can be edited by the Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Parent after special access is granted. To request access to EDIT these sections, please fill out a REQUEST form. Only the Coaches listed on the Pines Soccer Program can request other individuals to have EDIT access to their team.
Game Schedule:
The game schedule will match the Pines Soccer Program game schedule and will be added or modified as instructed by the program director. Your team schedule will automatically be updated as needed.
Player Roster:
The Player Roster is required to be completed by the team Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Parent. In order to ADD a player to the Roster, you will need special EDIT access. A special Coach Page is available to ADD, Edit or Delete players to/from the Team Page. Here is a quick description of each Field:
- First Name - Required
- Last Name - Required
- # - Represents the Soccer Jersey Number
- Size - Represents the Size of the Uniform
- Contact - Represents the Contact Information provided to the Pines Program. This is usually a Parent or a relative.
- Telephone - Represents the phone number given to the Pines Program.
- Snack Day - This field is selected from the Game Schedule Date field. Only one date per player can be selected.
- B-Day - Represents the player's birth day (month day).
Users with Access to Team Page:
This schedule is automatically prepared and represents ALL users with access to VIEW the Team Page. If you notice someone showing on the list that should not be there, please send a REQUEST form and the issue will be reviewed and addressed promptly. Any person with a ROLE that ends with "Coach" will also have access to the EDIT functions of the Team Page. Fields are self-explanatory except for the "Text" field. This field is "Yes" when a user has agreed to receive Text Messages to his/her cell phone. Anyone with a "Yes" will receive a text message if the Send a Text Message function is used.

- Send a Text Message: Use this link to send one person or everyone with access to this page a Text Message. Please keep in mind that some cell phone providers may charge additional fees per Text Message. Our goal is to keep Text Messages to a maximum of 4 per week. Text Messages are an excellent way for teams to stay in touch and to be quickly notified of practice and game cancellations.
- Request Form: Use this form to ask for additional access to the Team Page or to remove someone from the Team Page.
